You know you are doing something right when you use "Raspberry Peppermint Yogurt" in a sentence and then end it with "Chocolate". These Yummy desert bars are super simple to make, store well for later snacking and look fantastic!
Ingredients
- 2ย cupsย fresh raspberries
- 1 1/2ย cupย dairy free vanilla or plain yogurt
- 9ย ozย chocolate chips
- 1ย tbspย coconut oil

Directions
Wash you raspberries and clean them well. Let them dry completely.
Mix your berries and yogurt in a bowl until all the berries are coated.
Using a spoon, scoop out some of the berries and yogurt and place onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Form the berries and yogurt into 6-8 clusters.
Place clusters in the freezer for 30 mins or until frozen.
In a bowl, melt the chocolate, coconut oil and tbsp of Peppermint together using the microwave or a double boiler.
Take the clusters out of the freezer and dip each one in the melted chocolate. Place them back into the sheet pan and allow the chocolate to harden.
Recipe Note
Want to mix it up a bit? Sprinkle some sea salt flakes on top and enjoy!
