Marc's Grilled Greek Burgers (Beef or Lamb)

This super-creative use for our Greek Seasoning came from one of our favorite Grill Masters, Marc (@ales.n.tails).
He took everything about a burger and made it his own, from the choice of ground meat the toppings and condiments.
We can't wait to try it!
- 2 lbs. ground beef or lamb (makes about 6 burgers)
FreshJax Authentic Greek Herb Blend
- Feta cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- Hamburger buns of your choice
Mix the Authentic Greek Herb Blend into ground meat and form 1/3 lb. patties.
Season both sides of each patty with more seasoning.
Preheat your grill for medium-high heat.
Sear burgers for 30 seconds a side directly over the fire, turn grill temperature to low, and then move to indirect heat until the burgers reach your desired doneness.
Spread tzatziki sauce on both sides of the bun, top the burgers with feta cheese, tomatoes, red onion, cucumbers, and enjoy!
Unique Flavors deserve unique toppings!
