It is a very interesting taste that cannot be replicated. Good on any fish, but perfect mixed into tuna salad.

My husband and I love to play with spices when cooking. In fact, I did direct sales of spices for a few years. We discovered FreshJax a while back and they are awesome! We have tried several, but Mesquite Lime is our favorite. It dresses up chicken beautifully, just enough flavor without being too strong for our son who dislikes sauces and strong seasoning. It's also great on pork, shrimp and veggies. I've always been pleased with FreshJax service. In fact, this time they caught I'd placed 2 orders, one right after the other (long story) and shipped it all together. I highly recommend.

I love this on seafood and veggies, but also pairing with the Citrus Pepper just rounds out the entire dish. I need to try it in my guacamole or margaritas next.
