I love all the FreshJax spices! It's my new go to company for all my spice needs! I especially love that they list all spices in their blend, as I have allergies an cannot eat anything with cinnamon and cloves. This is like an extra strong ginger. Since I love ginger I use this instead of ginger now and it add a great zing to everything. Also it was suggested hundreds of years ago as a healthy go to herb for Saint Hildegard from the 1100s. I love this stuff and even put it in my morning coffee! Best ginger ever! So glad they are making this, in Jacksonville no less. Yeah!!
