The subtle sweetness with the oak from the bourbon are the classic flavors you want to pair very well with smoked BBQ. I've used it on salmon, pork, chicken, beef, you name it! This is also a great offset to anything spicy.

This is my second time purchasing; been waiting for it to come back in stock! Love the combination of flavors, and have used it on everything from grilled chicken to beef chili. My only complaint is that the top of the bottle is screwed on so tight that I can't remove it ... still trying!

This is absolutely divine on grilled salmon, chicken, or pork chops. The sugar in it causes it to make a nice crispy glaze on the outside, and the sweetness combined with the spice flavors is perfect! Yum!

I have been using this on his eggs, and really about everything he eats. He especially loved it on some garlic bread I make for him, I just take some sourdough I make, put some butter on it and generously sprinkle with this spice, and he says it is the best!

This was so good, by far my favorite. I used on chicken wings. I liked it so much I used it as a topping on my popcorn. Just enough sweet, salt and tang. Buying the big bottle next time. Also bottles filled to the top you can't fit any more in the jar.
