One of my family's favorite way to start the morning is with a delicious slice or two of avocado toast. Ever since I started using FreshJax Organic Brunch Life: Everything Bagel Seasoning I haven't put anything else on my avocado toast!
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 2 poached eggs
- 2 pieces of toast
- FreshJax Organic Brunch Life Seasoning
- Optional Toppings: tomatoes and sprouts
Directions
Poached Eggs
Crack an egg into a bowl.
Bring a pan of water to a simmer.
Top the egg into the pan.
Cook for 2 minutes, turn the stove off and leave the pan for 8-10 minutes.
Lift the egg out with a slotted spoon.
Avocado smash
Toast bread.
Smash avocados onto toast.
Sprinkle FreshJax Organic Brunch Life onto smashed avocado toast.
Add optional toppings.
Add poached eggs.
If desired, sprinkle more Brunch Life!
