Ingredients

1 Stick unsalted butter

1 Cup granulated sugar

Ā½ Tsp salt

2 Tsp vanilla

2 Eggs

2 Tsp baking powder

Ā¼ Cup pecan flour

2 Ā¼ Cup all purpose flour

4 T room temp butter
-
3 Tsp FreshJax Maple Cinnamon Seasoning

Pinch of salt

Powdered sugar
-
Heavy cream
-

For the Cookie Dough:

Directions
For the cookie dough:
In a mixing bowl, cream room temp butter and sugar 3-4 minutes, until fluffy
Add salt, vanilla and 1 egg. Beat for 30 seconds, add 2nd egg and beat for 30 seconds
Add pecan flour and baking powder and mix with wooden spoon until combined. Add AP flour and mix until well combined. Place the bowl in the fridge while you make the swirl mixture.
For the filling:
Mix all ingredients until combined.
Roll out cookie dough, smear filling over dough and roll up.
Chill for at least 30 minutes. Remove from fridge and slice, place on parchment covered cookie sheets.
Bake at 375Ā° for 12-15 minutes. Let cool on pan for 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack.

For the glaze:
About 1 cup powdered sugar, 3 T heavy cream and 1 tsp FreshJax Maple Cinnamon. If itās too thick add more cream, microwaving for 5-10 seconds helps to loosen the glaze.
