Sephora's Bold Bayou Creole Sauce
This Extraordinary Creole Sauce pairs our Bold Bayou Cajun Seasoning with our new Vampepper Garlic Pepper Blend.

Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic after removing the skin.
Clean and pat dry the sprig of parsley. Finely chop.
In a bowl, mix the tomato sauce, the chopped onion and garlic, and the chopped parsley.
Add olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with Bold Bayou and Vampepper, then mix well.
Cover the bowl with cling film. Hold the creole sauce in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
This tastes great with either fresh caught fish or as base for Gumbo or Jambalaya.
