It reminds me of my grandmother’s cooking. She came to the United States in the early 1900’s as a seventeen year old bride from Naples, Italy. And she brought with her the heritage of wonderfully flavored soups, sauces and tomato “gravies”. This Italian Herb Blend brings me back to her New Jersey kitchen of my youth seventy plus years ago.

It can’t be easy making spice blends without salt. I appreciate the chance to control my sodium intake while still enjoying the spices. I’ve sent a bottle on to my son who also has sodium restrictions. People on such diets often end up with bland, tasteless, foods. Your products add flavor back into my foods. Thanks.

We shouldn't play favorites, but Garlic Herb is another really Great Salt-Free option. It is so versatile (and we are suckers for Garlic).
