Ingredients
- Mixed veggies of choice (I used carrots and zucchini)
- Tofu or protein of choice
- FreshJax Organic Thai Spice

FreshJax Organic Sriracha Hot Sea Salt (optional)
- Cooked Rice
- Sesame Oil
Directions
Heat up mixed veggies in a pan.
Fry tofu or other plant-based protein in a pan.
Sprinkle with FreshJax Organic Thai Spice.
For added heat, season with FreshJax Organic Sriracha.
In a medium-sized bowl, add tofu, cooked rice, veggies, and sesame oil.
Mix until well combined.
