Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled
- Olive oil
- Vampepper Garlic Pepper
- 1 lb spaghetti, cooked
- 1 cup pesto sauce, warmed
- Optional: Fresh cherry tomatoes and basil for added bursts of flavor
Directions
Apply a light coat of olive oil to the shrimp and season all sides with Vampepper.
Grill directly over medium-high heat with the lid open for 3-4 minutes a side to develop a char until the shrimp starts to lose its translucence, turning occasionally.
Mix the pesto sauce with the spaghetti, top with shrimp, and garnish with fresh cherry tomatoes and basil.
Recipe Note
The tomatoes and basil really pop in this recipe. And the FRESHER the better.
