Tofu Is The New Egg With FreshJax Tofu Scramble Seasoning
1 Tbsp. dairy-free butter
1 block firm tofu, drained thoroughly
1 C grated dairy-free cheese
4 handfuls spinach
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 pack Field Roast mini maple sausages, chopped
FreshJax Tofu Scramble Seasoning (amount indefinite, the more the better)
1.) In a large pan, melt a dollop of vegan butter on medium heat and add peppers and sausage. Saute' for 2 minutes, move to one side of the pan.
2.) Crumble tofu into other side of pan and cook for 5 minutes, adding as much Tofu Scramble seasoning as your heart desires. Mix peppers, sausage, and tofu together.
3.) Evenly distribute cheese on tortillas and heat them in microwave or toaster oven just until cheese melts.
4.) Evenly distribute spinach on each tortilla.
5.) Evenly distribute burrito filling into each tortilla.
6.) Add other FreshJax spice blends as desired.
7.) Wrap burritos with love and care.
