Has helped me tremendously! Waiting for shoulder replacement been in much pain turmeric has helped with pain I would say 75% !! My only problem is dissolving it in my coffee. Please let me know how else I can use it thank you blessings 🕊🌟

It is kind of a challenge to nail done just one thing to do with Turmeric. It really is something that we try and work into all kinds of blends (Turmeric Yellow Curry gets used up pretty fast around the office).
