I read a booklet that says turmeric is good for you, and I like the taste of this.

I love this turmeric and, knowing the health benefits, I add it in every dish I can. I always pair it with black pepper. I add it to my scrambled eggs before I pour the mixture in the pan. I add it to salmon by adding it to the rub (I also use Bold Bayou on my salmon). I basically add it to any spice mix a recipe calls for if I think it will pair well. I just make it a habit to reach for this large bottle. I love getting it from Fresh Jax and will continue to do so!
